Matteo Moyer was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and began tattooing in 2014. He currently resides in Santa Cruz, California where he works at Good Luck Tattoo. His work has been published in zines, books, and exhibited at the Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History.
