Matteo Moyer is an American tattooer known for his expertise in American traditional tattooing. Based in Santa Cruz, California, he operates out of Good Luck Tattoo, where he offers custom designs and flash pieces. Matteo's work is characterized by bold lines and classic motifs, reflecting his rich understanding of traditional tattooing.

Matteo Moyer is from Norristown, Pennsylvania just outside Philadelphia. His interest in tattooing can be traced back to his roots in skateboarding. He began tattooing in 2015 following a formal tattoo apprenticeship in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania. Matteo worked around the Greater Philadelphia area before relocating to the West Coast in 2017 to pursue his artistic career.

His work has been published in zines, books, and exhibited at the Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History. Matteo reflected on 10 years in the craft by holding his first solo exhibition at The Apero Club in June of 2025.
